Dim Amor

U.S. President Donald Trump announced last night via his social media platform that a ceasefire had been achieved between Israel and Iran, promising an end to what he called the "12-day war". The announcement surprised the world as the Israeli Air Force continues to conduct extensive strikes in Tehran and across Iran, while Iran presents a contradictory position – on one hand denying a formal agreement and on the other signaling its intention to stop responses if Israel halts its attacks.

In a dramatic tweet published at night, Trump wrote: "I am happy to congratulate the courage and wisdom to end the '12-day war.'" According to him, a graduated framework was achieved whereby, if everything "goes well", an official declaration ending the war with Iran is expected to be received on Wednesday around 7:00 AM. Trump added: "This will last forever. A wonderful day for the world".

Following the announcement, it emerged that behind the scenes a complex diplomatic process had been conducted through Qatar's mediation. An official Reuters source revealed that Trump spoke with the Emir of Qatar and told him that Israel had agreed to the proposal, while Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani in turn secured Iran's agreement. White House sources confirmed that Prime Minister Netanyahu approved the proposal in a conversation with Trump, with the central condition being the cessation of attacks by Iran.

The official Iranian response came in the early morning hours from Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who explicitly denied the existence of a formal agreement. "As of now, there is no agreement, ceasefire, or halt to military operations", Araghchi wrote on social media. However, in the continuation of his statement he left a significant opening: "If the Israeli regime stops its aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4:00 Tehran time, we have no intention to continue our response". Araghchi added that "the final decision on stopping our operations will be made later." It should be noted that the tweet was published after 4:00 in Iran, raising questions about the practical meaning of the ultimatum.

In support of the president's announcement, a senior Iranian official confirmed in a conversation with foreign media that Tehran had indeed agreed to the proposal, though he did not detail its exact conditions. The apparent contradiction between the minister's and the official's statements indicates internal disagreements in Iran's decision-making mechanism.

Parallel to the diplomatic announcements, the military reality continues to be turbulent. The Israeli Air Force conducted "heavy strikes" at noon on dozens of targets across Iran, with more than 50 fighter jets participating in the operation. The main focus was the extensive attack on Tehran, which included hitting Revolutionary Guard headquarters and strategic infrastructure. Among the prominent targets was also the entrance to the notorious "Evin" prison, where Iranian regime opponents are held.

An IDF spokesperson detailed that the wave of attacks targeted missile production sites, radars, and missile storage infrastructure in the Tehran area. The strikes are being carried out against the backdrop of Israeli preparations for possible barrages, with security forces at maximum alert level.

In Jerusalem, the narrow security cabinet convened in a bunker for an emergency discussion. Prime Minister Netanyahu instructed ministers not to comment on the matter until discussions were completed. Sources in the Prime Minister's Office refrained from any official reference to Trump's announcement, emphasizing that Israel would continue to act according to its security considerations.

In Washington, the American Vice President defined the "12-day war" as "an important reset for the entire region", emphasizing the strategic importance of the ceasefire agreement. U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee welcomed the announcement in an emotional post, writing: "It's 3:00 AM in Israel, and I woke up to a phone call instead of a ballistic missile. President Trump announced wonderful news to the world about a ceasefire that will soon take effect – these 12 days felt like 12 years. The President didn't just 'pray for the peace of Jerusalem,' he delivered it".

Despite the diplomatic announcements, the civilian reality in Israel remained unchanged. The Home Front Command clarified that there was no change in guidelines for the public, and that people should continue to follow instructions given through official channels. Following the attacks, the IDF decided to tighten defense policy and move all areas of the country from partial and limited activity level to essential activity level at least until evening. The prohibition includes educational activities, gatherings, and conducting activities in workplaces, except for vital economy.

The tension between diplomatic announcements and military reality continues to cast a shadow over the implementation of the ceasefire. While Trump promises "a wonderful day for the world", Israeli attacks continue and Iran maintains deliberate ambiguity regarding its future response. The coming hours are expected to determine whether an agreement is indeed crystallizing that will bring an end to tensions, or whether this is a temporary respite in what could become a longer war.

An earthquake at the International Criminal Court: Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, has been placed on administrative leave following serious allegations of sexual assault. According to a Reuters report, the decision was made after disturbing testimonies about his behavior emerged, including accusations of attempted rape and repeated sexual assaults.

A comprehensive investigation published in the Wall Street Journal exposed the shocking affair and examined the connection between these accusations and Khan's controversial decision to issue arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials. The investigation points to questionable timing, raising serious suspicion that Khan acted from personal motives in his dramatic legal decisions against Israel.

The complainant in the case is a 30-year-old lawyer from Malaysia who worked with Khan and traveled with him as part of her role. Her detailed testimony, revealed in the investigation, presents a troubling picture of inappropriate and harmful behavior. According to the testimony, Khan exploited his high position to sexually assault her during official trips to various countries, including New York, Colombia, Congo, Chad, and Paris, and even at his private home in The Hague, which is owned by his wife.

The testimony details how in December 2023, during critical discussions at UN headquarters in New York, the complainant came to Khan's suite at the nearby Millennium Hilton hotel to "calm him down" after he began lashing out at his staff. According to her testimony, that evening he began touching her sexually, and subsequently took her hand, pulled her to the bed, undressed her, and forced himself on her. The complainant described to investigators a feeling of being trapped: "He always holds me and leads me to the bed", she said, adding: "I felt trapped".

The case takes on an especially troubling dimension in light of the political context and pressures placed on Khan during this period. According to the testimony, Khan was under heavy pressure from pro-Palestinian elements and member states of the court, pushing him to take action against senior Israeli officials. Pro-Palestinian activists began marking him as "someone who enables genocide", effectively pushing him into direct confrontation with Israel and the United States.

Senior officials at the court reported that the complainant was in a particularly vulnerable position: she did not want to leave her important role in a human rights organization and worried she would not be able to pay her cancer-stricken mother's medical bills. Additionally, she expressed fear of retaliation from Khan, who according to testimonies tried to pressure her to withdraw the complaint.

The most troubling aspect of the case is the timing: just two and a half weeks after Khan learned of the allegations against him, he made the surprising and dramatic decision to issue arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu. This was the first time in the court's history that an arrest warrant was issued against a democratically elected leader of a Western country – a move the United States had tried to prevent for months.

The connection between the complaint against Khan and his decision to issue arrest warrants against senior Israeli officials is strengthened by another disturbing testimony: in a recorded conversation in possession of the UN's independent investigation team, Khan is heard warning the complainant that "the complaint will harm the justice process for the victims – which is on the verge of progress. Think about the arrest warrants". This testimony raises serious suspicion that Khan used international legal proceedings as a means to protect himself and deter the complainant.

Although Khan denied that his decision regarding the Israeli warrants was related to the complaints against him, the suspicious timing and circumstances, along with the cancellation of his planned trip to Israel and the Gaza Strip, raise serious questions about the purity of his professional and ethical considerations. His conduct received backing from anti-Israel countries at the International Court, which apparently were willing to support him if necessary.

Now, the UN is investigating whether Khan tried to threaten or retaliate against the complainant and other senior officials who reported his actions. In the coming months, a report on the matter is expected to be published by the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services, which will be submitted to the International Court's board of directors. Khan's dismissal would require a majority among the court's 125 member states.

The developing scandal casts a heavy shadow on the credibility and integrity of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and raises questions about the validity of the arrest warrants issued against Prime Minister Netanyahu and other Israeli officials. The conduct of someone who is supposed to be the supreme guardian of international law raises serious doubts about the court's ability to judge fairly and impartially, especially in the sensitive Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

While Khan claimed that the arrest warrants against Israeli officials stemmed from pure legal considerations, the connection between the serious sexual assault accusations against him and his controversial legal decisions points to the troubling possibility that this was a desperate attempt to divert attention from his inappropriate behavior and to mobilize political support to protect him.

His administrative leave is only a first step, and international legal figures are now calling for a comprehensive and transparent investigation of all allegations against him. However, the damage from his decisions has already been done, and their implications for Israel's status in the international arena and on the fight against terrorism are already being felt.

Israel is responding cautiously to the developing scandal, but official sources note that these accusations strengthen Israel's longstanding claim that the International Court is motivated by political rather than legal considerations. Senior Israeli officials argue that the scandal only proves how right Israel was in opposing the court's jurisdiction in its affairs.

Israel's supporters in the international arena are already calling for the cancellation of the arrest warrants issued by Khan, claiming they were issued with ulterior motives and as part of the prosecutor's personal attempt to protect himself from serious accusations. The fact that Khan chose to issue arrest warrants against Israeli leaders precisely during Israel's war on terror, and at a time when he was under heavy pressure due to sexual assault allegations, only strengthens the suspicion that this was a calculated move designed to serve his personal interests.

International legal sources note that if a connection is proven between the sexual assault allegations and his decision to issue arrest warrants against senior Israeli officials, it would be one of the most serious cases of conflict of interest and abuse of authority in the history of international law.

While the UN and independent investigative bodies continue to investigate the case, Khan's professional future appears to be hanging in the balance. What is already clear is that this scandal directly impacts the credibility of the legal proceedings he initiated against Israel and strengthens the claim that it is a political rather than legal system.

The developing scandal illustrates how important it is to treat the decisions of the International Court with skepticism, especially when dealing with a complex and charged conflict like the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Khan's conduct highlights the danger in giving exclusive authority to an international body that may be influenced by political and personal considerations, and strengthens Israel's position that it must maintain its right to defend itself and its citizens, even at the cost of international criticism.

Latest update: Sources at the International Criminal Court said that Karim Khan is temporarily leaving his position following the investigation against him and accusations that he tried to retaliate against staff members who supported the complainant, and against the background of the assessment that additional American sanctions will be imposed. It is still unclear what the impact will be on the arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched a frontal attack against Channel 12, which he dubbed "Panic 12", and exposed the channel's manipulative operating methods in its coverage of the Jerusalem Mountains fire. Netanyahu accused journalists Amnon Abramovitch and Guy Peleg, whom he called "propagandists", of a deliberate attempt to engineer consciousness and establish a false narrative of failure.

"The propagandists Amnon Abramovitch and Guy Peleg from 'Panic 12' are again trying to engineer consciousness and establish a narrative of failure in handling the fire in the Jerusalem Mountains", Netanyahu wrote on social network X. "The opposite is true – it was a most impressive achievement".

The Prime Minister presented proven facts that contradict Channel 12's false narrative. According to him, within just 24 hours, firefighting forces managed to contain the massive fire despite extreme weather conditions, and most importantly – without loss of life. He expressed appreciation to the brave firefighters, police, Magen David Adom, IDF, KKL workers, the Fire and Rescue Authority, and numerous volunteers for their professional work.

Netanyahu revealed that immediately upon the outbreak of the fire, he instructed to contact various countries for aerial assistance if needed. In response to the false information spread by Channel 12, the Prime Minister clarified: "Contrary to what Channel 12's propagandists and their leftist partners say, not only did we not cut the firefighting budget, but we doubled it by more than a billion shekels".

Netanyahu further revealed that after the Carmel fire, a firefighting squadron was established that has extinguished hundreds of fires across the country to date. "And here's another amazing fact that the panic channels are hiding from you – Israel has the most firefighting aircraft in the world relative to population size", the Prime Minister emphasized.

"Fake news is one thing, reality is another", Netanyahu concluded his sharp response to Channel 12's spreading of lies.

The Prime Minister's serious accusations against Channel 12 expose the channel's systematic operation to spread false information and mislead the public. The continued use of the term "Panic 12" emphasizes the severity of damage the channel causes to public discourse through spreading false information.

Netanyahu presented proven data refuting Channel 12's false claims about cuts in the firefighting budget, when in fact the budget was doubled by more than a billion shekels, and Israel holds the world's largest fleet of firefighting aircraft relative to population.

The Prime Minister's current attack on Channel 12 joins a series of cases where the channel's manipulative operating methods have been exposed, preferring political propaganda over reliable and fair journalism.

By: Dim Amor

In a sharp attack, MK Naama Lazimi labeled the Prime Minister as "Hamas financier and Qatar's No. 1 foreign agent", accusing him of sacrificing the lives of citizens, soldiers, and hostages while disregarding the value of the sanctity of life.

In fact, Knesset Member Naama Lazimi published a harsh message directed at the Prime Minister, in which she accused him of direct responsibility for harming human lives in the country. Additionally, she published eight hours ago:

"Netanyahu's offer to the Shin Bet head to retire in exchange for silence – is a bribe offer and proof that he is guilty. Netanyahu, who has already been charged with bribery, is bribing again. This is not a coincidence – it's a consistent policy of a criminal. Netanyahu poses a danger to state security, and investigations into serious security affairs involving him and his office could be compromised if we blink in the face of his actions. Ronen Bar must stick to his commitment to the state and its citizens – the Shin Bet head must not surrender to these dangerous compromises at the expense of the public and the state. We all know what Netanyahu's word is worth. The Hamas financier is afraid and willing to make extravagant offers to avoid exposing the findings and suspicions against him and his office".

In the stern message she published on the X network, Lazimi called the Prime Minister "Hamas financier and Qatar's No. 1 foreign agent", and accused him of empty talk about international pressure. "You are the chief sacrificer of human lives in Israel – hostages, citizens, soldiers", Lazimi wrote in direct reference to Netanyahu.

In the continuation of her message, Lazimi sharpened her tone: "You lack the most important thing for a leader and a human being – a basic value for human life". She added and said that "you and everyone around you are the destruction", in what was perceived as criticism of the entire government.

The Knesset member concluded her message with words that sparked a political storm: "After you, we will know resurrection. It will be soon". This statement immediately provoked angry reactions among government supporters, who saw it as a veiled threat toward the Prime Minister, while others interpreted it as a political forecast regarding Netanyahu's future in the public arena.

This statement by Lazimi joins a long line of exchanges of accusations between the opposition and the coalition in recent months, against the backdrop of the tense security situation and the ongoing negotiations for the return of the hostages.

The court has not yet ruled that the Prime Minister is a "foreign agent", and therefore the Knesset member's statements at this stage constitute defamation and an inappropriate personal example for the public. The social network X is not a lawless arena, and therefore the word published on it has significant meaning and weight.

In reactions to the publication, there were those who expressed support for Knesset Member Lazimi and claimed that her words, harsh as they may be, reflect the deep frustration prevailing among large sections of the public with the government's handling of recent crises.

As of the publication of this news, the Prime Minister's Office has not yet issued an official response to the statements of Knesset Member Lazimi.

Lazimi's harsh statement occurs at a particularly sensitive time, as political tensions in Israel reach new heights and polarization in Israeli society deepens. Political commentators assess that exchanges of accusations of this type are expected to continue and even intensify as the security situation continues to be complex and negotiations regarding the hostages are prolonged.

Statements of this type reflect the deep rift in Israeli political discourse, and they may further deepen the division in Israeli society at this time.

"The Hamas Funding Government Persecutes the Shin Bet Chief": Michaeli in Unprecedented Attack on Netanyahu, Accusing Him of Sacrificing Hostages and Economic Collapse

By: Dim Amor

MK Merav Michaeli published a series of serious accusations on social media platform X against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government, calling it the "Hamas Funding Government" and accusing Netanyahu of sacrificing the hostages and endangering Israel's existence.

"While the Hamas Funding Government persecutes the Shin Bet chief in an attempt to dismantle the state institutions of democratic Israel, the failed economic policy of the Shin Bet verifier continues to collapse. God help us, as the consumer price index jumps by 0.5%. Inflation reaches 3.3%", Michaeli wrote in her first post.

Referring to the deteriorating economic situation, Michaeli pointed to a 7.5% rise in housing prices over the past year and mentioned what she calls Netanyahu's "performances" at Rami Levy supermarket branches where he promised to address the cost of living and the housing crisis.

In her second, even harsher post, Michaeli claimed that Netanyahu canceled a limited security discussion about the fighting in Gaza solely because Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar was supposed to participate. "The next time Netanyahu tells you he is 'doing everything to bring back the hostages', remember that he canceled a limited security discussion about the fighting in Gaza just because Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar, who is actually working to bring them back, was participating in it. The one who is truly acting for Israel's security," she wrote.

Michaeli's accusations didn't stop there. She continued and called Netanyahu "a minister who was a Shin Bet verifier" and claimed that he "thwarts a security discussion because the Shin Bet chief doesn't suit him well". In the concluding sentence of the post, Michaeli wrote: "For the hundred thousandth time – Netanyahu endangers Israel's security and its very existence, and sacrifices the hostages".

Michaeli's accusations regarding the "Hamas Funding Government" constitute a particularly serious allegation against the Israeli government and its leader, during a sensitive and complex period from a security perspective. In her post, Michaeli claimed that the government "persecutes" the Shin Bet chief with the aim of dismantling the state institutions of the democratic state, an accusation that resonates among government opponents.

Michaeli's harsh reference to Miri Regev came in the closing lines of the first post, where she provocatively wrote: "Stones can kill, Netanyahu. Ask Miri Regev". This statement could be interpreted as a hint at Regev's involvement in previous events related to violent demonstrations.

The use of the term "Shin Bet verifier" – a nickname Netanyahu himself used in the past when referring to himself – constitutes another jab in Michaeli's series of accusations, as she alludes to a gap between the security image Netanyahu seeks to project and the way he actually relates to security officials, according to her claim.

Michaeli's blunt publications constitute one of the harshest attacks seen recently against the Prime Minister, on a public platform like X. They evoked mixed reactions, with certain elements claiming that "it's absurd that she doesn't try to maintain a high level and publishes offensive posts".

These accusations by Michaeli come against the backdrop of increasing tension between the political echelon and the heads of the security establishment, as well as against the backdrop of worrying economic indicators that, according to her, reflect the failure of government policy. The numbers Michaeli presents – a 0.5% rise in the consumer price index, 3.3% inflation, and a 7.5% rise in housing prices – refer to economic data that present the current state of the Israeli economy under the leadership of the current government.

At this stage, no official responses have been received from the Prime Minister's Office or other government ministries to MK Michaeli's serious accusations, but it can be estimated that they will create significant reverberations in the political system in the coming days.

הפוסט Netanyahu: Shin Bet and Attorney General Formed an Improper Conspiracy הופיע לראשונה ב-מעקב.

Today, about six hours ago, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu caused a public uproar when he published extremely serious accusations on the social network X against the head of the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), Ronen Bar, and against the Attorney General, Gali Baharav-Miara. In the dramatic post, Netanyahu revealed information claiming there are "additional shocking recordings" allegedly documenting extortion and threats by the deputy head of the Jewish Division in the Shin Bet against police officer Avishai Moalem.

In his statement, Netanyahu detailed that Moalem refused to carry out "false arrests" of Israeli citizens, as allegedly demanded by the head of the Jewish Division in the Shin Bet. After his refusal, Netanyahu claims, Moalem was suddenly arrested on suspicion of corruption, with the approval of the Attorney General.

"This is further evidence of the corrupt conduct of the Jewish Division in the Shin Bet under Ronen Bar, in full cooperation with the Attorney General", wrote the Prime Minister. Later in the statement, Netanyahu added a particularly serious accusation that Ronen Bar and Gali Baharav-Miara, who according to him maintain a "years-long connection", "fabricated a case" against police officer Moalem, and are now "working together to prevent Bar's dismissal".

In the post, Netanyahu called for an immediate halt to what he termed "political investigations". He also attacked the performance of the Shin Bet head during the October 7 events, saying that Ronen Bar "failed terribly on October 7 and has since lost the confidence of the entire government". In conclusion, Netanyahu demanded that Bar "stop entrenching himself in his position and vacate his place immediately".

These accusations by the Prime Minister come against the backdrop of ongoing tension between the Prime Minister's Office and the heads of the law enforcement system and security agencies. Among Netanyahu's supporters, the accusations strengthen the claim that there is improper conduct in these systems, while his opponents see it as a continuation of a pattern of undermining state institutions.

It should be noted that the recordings referenced by Netanyahu have not yet been published, and it is unclear what their exact content is. Neither the Shin Bet nor the Ministry of Justice have yet officially responded to the serious accusations raised today.

In the shadow of Prime Minister Netanyahu's harsh attacks on the head of the Shin Bet and the Attorney General, a fundamental question hovers among the Israeli public regarding Netanyahu's own governmental responsibility, as he is the one who entrusted these officials with their extensive powers. However, the Prime Minister's supporters emphasize that taking steps belatedly is better than complete inaction.

The charged affair that has come to light deepens the divide in the Israeli political fabric, in this time fraught with tensions, in the face of the ongoing military campaign and the complex security reality. These events testify to the deep rift prevailing between the Prime Minister and the heads of the security branches and the justice system in the country.

Over the coming hours and days, the public turmoil surrounding this affair is expected to intensify further, as all the involved parties may respond to the weighty accusations recently hurled by the Prime Minister.

In a powerful diplomatic gesture, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the Iranian people on X network on the occasion of Nowruz, the traditional Persian New Year, with greetings that combine cultural respect alongside a clear political message. In the video he published to honor the holiday, Netanyahu conveyed a direct and pointed message expressing solidarity with the Iranian people.

"Nowruz is approaching! I wish the people of Iran a year full of prosperity, security, friendship, hope, faith, and freedom. It's time for Iran's resources to be returned to its people, and for true freedom to replace oppression. Happy Nowruz!". Netanyahu wrote in a post published in Arabic and translated into Hebrew by the "Monitoring" system.

In the recorded video dedicated to the event, Netanyahu expanded his greeting: "Spring is approaching, and so is the new Persian year. I would like to wish the Iranian people and Persians around the world a happy Nowruz. I wish you health, happiness, prosperity, and above all – I wish you freedom".

The Prime Minister's special reference to the central Iranian holiday, which marks the beginning of spring, comes against the backdrop of ongoing tension between Israel and Iran. But instead of focusing on the Iranian government, Netanyahu chose to convey a direct message to Iranian citizens, clearly separating the Iranian people from the regime ruling the country.

"I hope this Nowruz will symbolize a new beginning – a new beginning that will overcome all the obstacles and barriers that have stood in your way for too long", said Netanyahu, in a clear allusion to the ongoing oppression experienced by Iranian citizens under the Islamic regime. "May it be a year of servet – prosperity. A year in which the residents of Iran can finally enjoy the rich natural resources of their country, resources that have been denied to them for years by an oppressive regime".

In his remarks, Netanyahu emphasized the aspiration for the Iranian rial to "regain its true value", a reference to the difficult economic situation in the country, which has been severely affected by international sanctions and poor economic management. He continued with wishes for a year of "amniat – security. Spiritual, economic, and physical security," and "dousti – friendship. Friendship with those who work for you, including my country, Israel".

These wishes express a revolutionary message in the landscape of relations between the countries, as Netanyahu extends a hand to the Iranian people and presents Israel as a potential friend of the people, in stark contrast to the official Iranian policy that strongly opposes the existence of the state of Israel.

The central message in Netanyahu's words focused on the values of freedom and hope: "A year of omid – hope. Hope and optimism that will lead to freedom. A year of iman – faith. Faith that it's possible to live a better life. A year of azadi – freedom. Real freedom. Freedom from oppression, freedom from want, freedom to live, freedom to choose".

Netanyahu's address is part of a long-standing policy seeking to create a clear distinction between the Iranian people, with their rich culture and magnificent historical heritage, and the Islamic regime that has held power since the revolution in 1979. Netanyahu's Nowruz greeting is an attempt to leverage the holiday – a holiday that symbolizes renewal and a new beginning – as a symbol of the possibility of profound political change in Iran.

At the current timing, as Iran continues to pose a strategic threat to Israel through the development of nuclear capabilities and the operation of proxy organizations like Hezbollah and Hamas, there is special significance to the message conveyed by the Prime Minister. Instead of focusing on military threats or bellicose declarations, Netanyahu chose to focus on universal values of freedom, prosperity, and human rights – values that are at the heart of Israeli identity.

Netanyahu's use of the Persian language and Iranian cultural concepts emphasizes the respect he holds for ancient Persian culture and its heritage. He even chose to use specific Persian words such as "servet" (prosperity), "amniat" (security), "dousti" (friendship), "omid" (hope), "iman" (faith), and "azadi" (freedom), thereby creating a deeper cultural connection with his target audience.

Netanyahu's Nowruz greeting reflects a broader strategic perception – an understanding that real political change in Iran can only come from within the Iranian people themselves. In doing so, the Prime Minister conveys a message of support for the freedom aspirations of the Iranian people and positions Israel as a supporter of democratic and liberal values.

This address by Netanyahu is a direct continuation of the long-term policy of the Israeli government, which seeks to strengthen the connection with the Iranian people while bypassing the hostile regime. The Persian New Year greeting is a well-calculated diplomatic step, combining cultural tradition with a strong political message, and expressing hope for a better future for relations between the peoples.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced last night that he will bring a ceasefire framework for the northern border to the cabinet's approval, emphasizing that its duration will depend on Hezbollah's conduct. In a recorded statement, Netanyahu presented three central reasons for the decision: focusing on the Iranian threat, refreshing forces and replenishing supplies, and isolating Hamas by separating the fronts.

Netanyahu revealed that "there were significant delays in weapons and ammunition supplies" and noted that "this delay will soon be resolved". According to him, Israel will acquire advanced warfare means that will protect soldiers' lives and provide additional striking power to complete military missions.

During his speech, the Prime Minister reviewed achievements on seven fronts of what he called the "War of Revival". Regarding the Iranian arena, Netanyahu stated that Israel destroyed "significant portions of its air defense and missile production capabilities", as well as "a significant component of its nuclear program".

In the Lebanese arena, the Prime Minister claimed that "this is no longer the same Hezbollah" and that the organization has been pushed back "decades". According to his statement, Israel eliminated the organization's senior leadership, destroyed most of its missiles and rockets, and eliminated thousands of terrorists.

Addressing concerns about future ceasefire violations, Netanyahu emphasized that "we will respond with force to any violation". He added that violations would include not only firing but also future attempts by the organization to arm itself.

Regarding the Gaza campaign, Netanyahu reported that the IDF eliminated approximately 20,000 terrorists and returned 154 hostages. He emphasized the commitment to returning the remaining 101 hostages, both living and deceased.

Addressing northern residents, Netanyahu said he is proud of their resilience and is "completely committed to your security, the rehabilitation of your communities, and your future". However, he refrained from calling for their return home at this stage.

The Prime Minister also addressed the situation in additional arenas: in Judea and Samaria, he reported the elimination of hundreds of terrorists and destruction of terror infrastructure; in Yemen, he noted the attack on the Houthi port of Hodeidah; in Iraq, he mentioned the interception of drone attacks; and in Syria, he reported systematic thwarting of attempts to transfer weapons to Lebanon.

Netanyahu concluded his remarks saying that "a good agreement is one that is enforced", and emphasized his commitment to continuing the campaign until victory is achieved. He promised that Israel will maintain full military freedom of action, with complete understanding from the United States.

In his remarks, Netanyahu expressed his deep sorrow over the heavy loss while emphasizing the importance of the campaign and Israel's determination to achieve its objectives.

"Citizens of Israel, today we paid another heart-wrenching price in our just war to defend our homeland," Netanyahu began. "With profound grief and heavy mourning, I bow my head along with all Israeli citizens and lament the fall of our heroic fighters." The Prime Minister mentioned by name the deputy company commander in the Engineering Battalion, Captain Wassim Mahmoud, and noted that the names of the other fallen soldiers have not yet been cleared for publication.

Netanyahu stressed that despite the heavy toll, "we do not forget why we are fighting. We are fighting to ensure our existence and our future." He added that the campaign in Gaza is complex and difficult, and that "many challenges still lie ahead," but expressed confidence in Israel's ability to overcome them.

"Our enemies are mistaken if they think we will break," Netanyahu said firmly. "We will not relent and we will not stop until we achieve all the war's objectives: the elimination of Hamas, the return of all the hostages, and ensuring that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel."

The Prime Minister conveyed a message of support to the bereaved families and the wounded, saying, "My heart is with the families in these difficult moments. I embrace you, and with me, all of Israel." He added, "We pray for the swift recovery of the wounded and are doing everything to ensure their well-being."

In conclusion, Netanyahu called for national unity and full backing of the security forces. "At this hour, it is more important than ever that we remain united and determined. We owe this to the memory of the fallen, to the families, and to the future of the State of Israel."

The Prime Minister's special statement comes amid a complex military operation in the Gaza Strip, as the IDF continues to act against Hamas's terrorist infrastructure. Security officials emphasize that despite the heavy losses, the campaign will continue until the strategic objectives defined by the political echelon are achieved.
