Now, Michelle and Steven's mother has remarried. After her second marriage, a stepfather and his daughter Casli entered their home. At first glance, the family from "The Exorcist: Gates" seems ideal, but in reality, it's not so straightforward. While Michelle gets along perfectly with her stepfather and easily finds common ground with her stepsister, her brother is unwilling to accept the new relatives. As this situation persists, Steven becomes increasingly detached.

One day, Steven begins to be tormented by dark and mysterious visions from the past. At first, they seem vague and blurry, but over time they become clearer. Steven comes to the conclusion that his biological father never abandoned their family, but instead encountered supernatural forces.

When the eldest member of the family from "The Exorcist: Gates" commits an act that reveals the sins of the local community, otherworldly forces once again return to the town.
